The City
Singapore is an independent island city-state in Southeast Asia and is formally the Republic of Singapore. Singapore's healthcare system was ranked 6th highest in the world by the World Health Organization in its World Health Survey. Overall, for the past two decades, Singapore has had the lowest infant mortality rates in the world.
